Invisible Shoe Return/Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for kits that are still in their original, unaltered condition.
If you wish to return or exchange your kit, please send your complete kit, a copy of your invoice, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange to:

Your refund/exchange will be processed within 10 business days. Customers are responsible for return postage, and refunds will include the purchase price only. In the event of an exchange, we’ll send you an email regarding any additional charges that may be required for postage, etc.
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns on custom sandals. However, it is very important to us that our customers be satisfied with their Invisible Shoes, so if you experience any problems with your custom sandals, please contact us so that we can help you resolve any issues you may have.
