Stringing up my new pair of 4mm Invisibleshoes, one the holes on the right shoe broke through. Is there a method best suited for this kind of repair? I wanted to ask before I started poking a new hole or applying the wrong kind of glue to this type of sole material.

a) Call us at 303.447.3100 or email support@invisibleshoe.com and we'll send you a replacement.

b) In the meantime, you can just punch a new hole about 3/8" to 1/4" away (I'd do it forward of the original hole), and you'll be fine.
