I'm from Europe and I wonder how the pay by phone option works. I don't have a credit card so it's hard via PayPal. Do you have to pay extra when ordered with a phone compared to other options? Is the money taken from my phone bill or what?

Pay-by-phone just means that you call us with a credit card number rather than enter it online.
